The Winchester Shaker door style is a classic and versatile design known for its simplicity, clean lines, and focus on fine craftsmanship. They are the most popular and enduring designs. Shaker doors have timeless appeal and ability to blend with various hardware and color schemes. Characterized by square edges and minimal detailing, with no ornate carvings or excessive ornamentation. Our 2 piece construction consists of a frame and panel. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Winchester Shaker consists of 2 piece MDF construction with clean, square edges. All outside corners are rounded very slightly to promote maximum paint adhesion. Shaker frames are typically 2 1/2″ wide (but can be changed), center panel is 3/8″ thick, making the back side flush with the frame.

FINISH OPTIONS

-Primed and sanded, ready to be finished.

-Finished with color of choice.

 

HINGE BORING OPTIONS

 

  • Standard hinge boring, 4” from the top or bottom of the door.

  • 1/8″ tab distance.

  • Boring for either screw-in or press-in hinges.

  • No hinge boring.

SIZE SPECIFICATIONS AND TOLERANCES

 

Keavalo manufactures all doors to the nearest 1/16″ or 1.6mm, allowing for a tolerance of +/-1/32″ or +/-0.8mm.

Doors over 48” tall are recommended to have a center rail.

The maximum height or width dimensions for MDF panels is 96″.
