Roanoke Raised Panel Tapered Shaker

The Roanoke Raised Panel Tapered Shaker is a modification of the Lexington Tapered Shaker Door. It starts with the shaker frame that has a tapered inside edge at 45 degree angle. Then a raised panel is added with edges tapered at 45 degree angle. This combination attempts to bridge the gap between the clean simplicity of modern Shaker style and the rich, dimensional detail of a traditional raised panel door.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Roanoke has a shaker frame with a tapered inside edge typically at 45 degrees angle. Instead of a flat center panel, there is instead a raised center panel that also has been tapered at a 45 degree angle.

FINISH OPTIONS

-Primed and sanded, ready to be finished.

-Finished with color of choice.

 

HINGE BORING OPTIONS

 

  • Standard hinge boring, 4” from the top or bottom of the door.

  • 1/8″ tab distance.

  • Boring for either screw-in or press-in hinges.

  • No hinge boring.

SIZE SPECIFICATIONS AND TOLERANCES

 

Keavalo manufactures all doors to the nearest 1/16″ or 1.6mm, allowing for a tolerance of +/-1/32″ or +/-0.8mm.

Doors over 48” tall are recommended to have a center rail.

The maximum height or width dimensions for MDF panels is 96″.
