Our doors are made from high quality HDF cut precisely to specification with the most advanced tools and craftsmanship. We provide a variety of door profiles with recessed and raised panels. If your customer is looking for something specific, we can work with you to create the profile they want.

After the doors are cut, they are expertly sanded and prepared with primer.

As an option for you, we can also finish the doors with the best 2k acrylic on the market in any color your customer chooses from Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Farrow and Ball, etc.

Keavalo products are made of furniture grade HDF exclusively.

We do not sell any wooden doors or any products made of wood.

WHY HDF

HDF is by far the best option for painted cabinet doors, drawer fronts and end panels.

Advantages of HDF over wood products

HDF is extremely stable, won’t shrink, expand or warp unlike wood
Due to wooden door construction method limitations, wooden doors are vulnerable to paint failure due to water damage, unlike our completely sealed MDF doors
Our HDF doors, either 1 piece or 2 piece construction, have no joints that can weaken over time
Manufacturing time is much faster and less manual labor intense than that of wooden doors, resulting in significant cost savings
Painting the extremely smooth and uniform surface of HDF requires much less preparation than painting many grainy wooden surfaces with natural imperfections making the finish superior
Wooden doors are often built without assuring proper moisture content. This will result in cracks developing prematurely. HDF doesn’t require acclimatization.

Advantages of painted HDF over laminates

HDF can be painted in unlimited number of colors, laminates only come in certain colors
Painted HDF can easily be touched up or refinished any number of times, laminates are not be painted. If chipping or delamination occurs, the only remedy is replacement
Trying to replace only 1 or 2 laminated doors will likely result in unmatched colors, since the replacement doors will have a new laminate which can’t match the faded and/or yellowed color of the old laminates. Painted surfaces however can be matched to any color, faded, old or yellowed.
